The Bay Area Bike Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that mobilizes people through the Power of Bicycles. We are committed to getting more kids on bikes, bike education and advocating for safe biking communities.

ABOUT US
The Bay Area Bike Project was founded by two moms who wanted to help kids who lost their homes due to wildfire - in the midst of tragedy the hope was to return a piece of normalcy and freedom.
Fast forward and the Bay Area Bike Project continues to help provide bikes for kids who really need them as well as building community through the power of bicycles.
Biking builds confidence and is good for our mental health and the environment, so the more people on bikes, the better the world is.
